We offer 5 different types of Pilates classes as well as 1-on-1 personal Pilates training.

PERSONALISED equipment. SPRING reformer. BREATHE mat. FLOW mat.

Our classes are limited to small groups to make sure you receive personalised instruction & attention to detail.

PERSONALISED equipment class

Follow your PERSONALISED workout designed for you by our qualified and experienced instructors.

These custom sessions on the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair & Barrel are designed to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability including those with injuries, pain, or pathologies.

SPRING reformer class

Be guided by the instructor through a flowing sequence of exercises catering to different levels of ability on the Pilates Reformer.

This class is not suitable for those with acute or chronic pain or injuries, or post & pre natal clients.

We recommend the BREATHE mat class, PERSONALISED equipment class, or 1-ON-1 private sessions or contact us for advice on the right class for you.

FLOW mat class

Feel the flow of the Classical Pilates mat series. This instructor led class pays tribute to the traditional work with many contemporary twists.

This class is not suitable for those with acute or chronic pain or injuries, women who are post & pre natal.

We recommend the BREATHE mat class, PERSONALISED equipment class, or 1-ON-1 private sessions or contact us for advice on the right class for you.

BREATHE mat class

Breathe & focus on core conditioning and correct alignment & posture with this slower-paced Pilates Mat class.

This class will help you focus on breathing and restoring balance in your body. Modifications will be offered to suit your needs.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability including those with pain/injuries as well as pre and postnatal women and anyone who wants to feel the benefits of breathing and moving.

1-ON-1 private sessions

Accelerate your results with a 50 minute private Pilates session with one of our qualified, experienced instructors.

Dive deep into your specific goals, injury prevention & recovery or general well being and take your training to the next level.

These sessions are suitable for all levels of ability including those with pain / injuries as well as pre and postnatal women and anyone who wants one-on-one focused attention & training.

What Is Pilates?

Developed by Joseph H. Pilates (b.1880 d.1967) Pilates is a system of exercises that engages the body and mind in thoughtful, intelligent movement in order to achieve inner core strength and balance throughout the whole body.

Pilates incorporates breath and movement in a balanced flow of precise exercises designed to align and tone all the muscles throughout the body with particular focus on stabilizing the shoulder girdle, the pelvis and strengthening the core abdominal muscles.

Pilates works from the inside-out, developing smaller muscles as well as the larger, more obvious muscles and strengthening the deep core muscles as well as the more external muscles. In this way, every muscle in the body is activated during each exercise aiming towards “uniform development” of the entire body.

Is Pilates Right For You?

Pilates is accessible to almost everyone. There are 500 exercises in the traditional method, with variations and modifications across all exercises. No matter what your goal is, no matter how old you are, a Pilates program can be designed specifically for you to meet your needs and goals.

  • Athletes and dancers practice Pilates to enhance their physical performance and to rehabilitate injuries.

  • Pilates is also used by people with less physically demanding jobs to correct posture, strengthen their bodies and create a sense of well being.

  • Pilates is very effective in the rehabilitation of injuries. The key to healing an injury after diagnosis and treatment by a physician and/or health care practitioner is to regain strength and movement as soon as possible in a stress-free environment.

Certified Pilates Instructors are trained to create programs for clients from all walks of life, to assess and deal with each client as an individual.

Pilates is very effective in the rehabilitation of injuries. The key to healing an injury after diagnosis and treatment by a physician and/or health care practitioner is to regain strength and movement as soon as possible in a stress free environment.

The Pilates equipment provides an ideal stress free environment for the rehabilitation of injuries. It provides support for the body whilst strengthening, mobilising and/or stabilising the injured area. Specific exercises are applied to injuries and pathologies of all kinds.

How you start your Pilates journey makes all the difference.

Starting with a solid foundation is the key to success and that is why all of our new clients begin with a 1-on-1 Assessment.

The Assessment takes 50 minutes and throughout the session your instructor will:

Talk to you about your health & fitness goals and discuss your history of any injuries, aches, pains or ongoing conditions you may be dealing with or have dealt with in the past.

Teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and give you a brief history of the Pilates method.

Assess your posture and alignment to identify any imbalances and weaknesses.

Advise you which sessions would benefit you most moving forward to help you achieve your goals.

Once you have finished your assessment and have the next best steps from your instructor,

we have a range of memberships and packs to get you moving.

Initial commitment for all memberships is 4 weeks. After initial 4 weeks, membership can be cancelled

Memberships can be suspended a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.

All memberships will be suspended during our 4 day closure over Easter and our 3 week closure over Christmas/New Year.

Quickpay is the merchant provider for Wellness Living. Dishonour fees will be charged by Quickpay for insufficient funds.

Membership payments are non-refundable.

Unused classes do not carryover into the next payment period, classes must be used within the payment period.
